Most of the training is done by Master Trainer Dawnna Wayburne who in 2005 became one of only a handful of Authorized Master Trainers world wide. Courses are run in many countries around Asia, throughout the whole year, so you are never more than a short journey away from a course!

Equipment
After many years of research and development, Juliu Horvath began the make available to GYROTONIC® Trainers the full range of GYROTONIC® equipment. The GYROTONIC® equipment offers complete freedom of movement while being fully adjustable to all sizes and all levels of strength. All of the equipment is on display (and available for use!) at Iso Fit studio. The equipment is also available for sale through GYROTONIC® HONG KONG.

GYROTONIC®

Under the supervision of Master trainer, Dawnna Wayburne, clients are offered training in the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM ® by qualified instructors. This includes work on the GYROTONIC®Pulley Tower, Jumping Stretching board, Ladder and the GYROTONER®. Each of these innovative pieces of equipment offers instructors a wide range of training options to meet the individual needs of clients.

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM ® is a unique system of equipment and exercise that incorporates movement principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and tai-chi. It was created by former dancer and gymnast Juliu Horvath.
